It was all laughs and cheers as Sisters, staff, and friends celebrated the 2nd Annual Cabrini Mission Foundation Baseball Fundraiser held at the Staten Island FerryHawks Stadium on Saturday, August 5th. The money raised during the event will be used towards a multitude of programs that support educational and healthcare services for underprivileged families.
Attendees enjoyed, food, snacks, and most importantly ice-cold beer, from the comfort of two luxury box suites that overlooked the lush field and excited fans below.
Hosted as ‘Italian Heritage Night,’ each intermission included festive games equipped with wooden spoons, and endless nostalgic music that had everyone in the stands reminiscing their own family traditions.
The evening ended with a ‘bang’ as a spectacular fireworks show lit up the night sky and Manhattan skyline.
