You may be familiar with our campaigns. Every year Cabrini Mission Foundation manages online and in person events to raise money for a specific purpose. Just recently friends like you raised money to send 30 children to school for a full year. That is an amazing feat.
Did you know Cabrini Mission Foundation also responds to emergent requests for funds? Earlier this year we were notified of a need for an air conditioning unit at Technical Institute La Inmaculada. This is a critical piece of equipment, as it protects electronics in the teacher’s computer room. We were able to forward them money right away since a fund had been set up specifically for this purpose.
Monthly gifts make a huge difference in our ability to serve emergent needs of the missions. $10 per month may not seem like a lot of money, but to those in need it can mean the world. $10 per month is $120 per year. As we have just seen, that pays for almost half a year of a child’s education.
