With the incredible outpouring of generosity we saw on December 5th at our annual Spirit of Christmas event, the Sisters are able to expand the Women’s Training Program currently in progress in Guatemala. Sr. Juanita Mendoza and a Social Worker from Barcena went to Costa Rica this past week and began training workshops.
The Sisters report a lot of enthusiasm and gratitude from this first wave of participants. The future looks bright for this program and Cabrini ministries in Costa Rica.
